What can you expect?
After submitting your information, our treatment coordinator will contact you and provide you with a tentative treatment plan and quote. He/She will also provide all the information you will need to begin planning your journey to a better smile, including, the time needed for your treatment, accommodation options, airport pick-up and drop-off, transportation and payment options.
Once you are ready, your case manager will help you schedule your appointments. Let him/her know your desired travel dates and he/she will confirm availability. Once availability is confirmed, you will be able to book your travel with the airline and hotel of your choice. Please note that we do not require a deposit to confirm your appointment, you only need to show proof of travel (such as your airline confirmation). Having your travel information will also allow your case manager to arrange your complimentary airport Pickup*.
You can expect the same level of personalized attention once you arrive at our offices. During your first visit, you will meet your treatment coordinator and have the opportunity to tour our facility. You will also meet with our medical director, Dr. Juan Fernando Uribe, who will perform an oral exam, as well as the necessary x-rays and scans to confirm the best procedure for you. Your first visit will include plenty of time to get complete answers to all your questions so you can move forward without worry.
Once the final plan has been discussed and accepted, we will begin the actual treatment. The cost and duration will depend on the treatment..
